Plane crash kills six in The Bahamas

ANDROS, Bahamas — A private plane crashed off the coast of Andros in The Bahamas on Wednesday. The six-seater, twin engined Piper Aztec was reportedly en route to New Providence when it was forced by bad weather to return to Andros. All five passengers, including a child, and the pilot perished in the crash.
Reports from Air Traffic Control in New Providence indicate that the plane went missing off radar at around 8 am on Wednesday morning and efforts to locate the plane culminated with evidence of a crash discovered at about 2:30 pm.
